Located in Manchester’s most celebrated building, the historic Free Trade Hall, the 5 star Hotel creates a mood of understated luxury in the city centre.As the Principal contractor, Dawnvale worked closely with the architects and the client on the refurbishment of the existing meeting rooms and Private function suite, providing everything from the building and joinery works, all mechanical and electrical services, building partition walls, through to the stunning, finished interior. The bespoke walnut doors and joinery works were manufactured and installed by Dawnvale’s skilled joinery department into the premier rooms.
With the projects team working on a fast track programme on the operational site, the works were carried out around the clock from start to finish with no disruption to existing facilities; both Dawnvale and the client are delighted with the completed areas.
