Sol Hotels & Resorts has launched its new lifestyle brand Sol House, with the opening of its flagship property, Sol House Trinidad Mallorca, in June 2015. Located on the beautiful Calvià Beach seafront, Sol House Trinidad Mallorca is ideal for young, energetic millennials, with a love of music and dance, who are looking to meet new people and share their experiences via social media.

To launch the new Sol House concept in style, the brand has collaborated with seven-time Latin Grammy Award winning DJ Carlos Jean to curate playlists on Spotify to get guests in the party mood. The Sol House Trinidad Mallorca summer season officially kicks-off in mid-June with a series of signature pool parties “Sol Sets”: the Gravity Party, Deep Blue House Party and Soundays Party will take over the main pool area every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Guests can dance by the pool to Balearic beats or relax with a cocktail on a VIP Bali bed using the hotel’s exclusive drinks service. Set to be become a regular destination for young trendsetters, Sol House Trinidad Mallorca will host a number of world class DJs throughout the 2015 summer season, including artists such as Abel Ramos, José de Mara and Marian Baker.

Music and social media are key concepts for Sol House properties and Sol House Trinidad Mallorca is no exception. The hotel offers guests access to bespoke playlists created by Carlos Jean; named Bacon and Eggs, Siesta and Pre-Party, as well as the ability to book VIP Bali beds or beauty treatments via Twitter. Guests are encouraged to share their experiences via the Tweet Wall, located in the main lobby, where tweets are projected creating an interactive piece of art.

Following a full rebrand, Sol House Trinidad Mallorca has 373 rooms with spacious terraces overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Each room has been newly renovated with fresh, modern décor.

The hotel also features Tweet Party rooms and suites, a unique offering a bottle of cava and sweets on arrival, Tweet concierge, a welcome mini bar, a 42 inch plasma smart TV, a welcome drink and access to exclusive VIP sun loungers.

It boasts two impressive new pool areas, a VIP infinity pool with Bali beds on the upper level, which overlooks the large and contemporary main pool area, where in-house DJs spin contemporary tunes and club classics from 11am – 8pm.

Guests can dine in the hotel’s delicious buffet restaurant, offering a variety of world cuisines. Opening in July 2015, the hotel will welcome the Italian Corner, a separate Italian eatery where traditional pizza and pasta dishes will be served.

Located next to the VIP pool and Solarium, PlayBar combines music, sun and food & drinks, which is ideal for relaxing in the sunshine. Guests can enjoy Fruit Ice Lollies served in cava or a range of spirits, as well as an array of tasty treats including a Sweet Corner, delicious snack baskets, hot dogs, salads burgers and bocatas.

Sol House Trinidad Mallorca also offers free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, a fully equipped 24-hour gym and Backstage, a beauty salon offering hairstyling, make-up application, manicures, pedicures and waxing to amplify your style. For those that choose to venture further afield, the hotel is perfectly located within close proximity to watersports facilities, golf courses, shops, restaurants, bars and some of the hottest party venues in Europe.

Sol House hotels are focused on young millennials, including friends and couples, with a strong emphasis on music, design, energy and affordable lifestyle experiences. Other Sol House locations in Spain include Sol Wave House in Mallorca and Sol House Aloha on the Costa Del Sol.

Relaunched in summer 2015 following a full rebrand, Sol Hotels & Resorts has created four signature concepts for leisure travellers including Sol House, Sol Beach House, Sol Hotels & Sol Katmandu Park & Resort.
