The 150-room Sheraton Ufa has been designed by internationally recognised Christian Lundwall. The hotel also features 11 suites with air conditioning, fully stocked minibar and high-speed internet.

With more than 9,500 square feet of function space which spans a ballroom and 13 meeting rooms, Sheraton Ufa is an ideal choice for meetings and events. Onsite audio-visual technology and an outstanding events team caters for every requirement.

For leisure, Sheraton Ufa contains the Shine Spa for Sheraton™, Sheraton® Fitness Center and Sheraton Club® lounge. The Novum Restaurant features a diverse menu of international fusion dishes à la carte. The lobby provides further space where guests can relax while enjoying unique cocktails and memorable culinary dishes.

“Ufa, as an emerging market, presents another tremendous expansion opportunity for Sheraton, and we are proud to be the first internationally branded upscale property to open in the region,” said Dave Marr, Global Brand Leader, Sheraton Hotels & Resorts. “Sheraton Ufa builds on the brand’s first mover advantage and we are excited to partner with Granelle Real Estate LLC to grow the Sheraton brand in Russia.”
