MGallery, part of the Accor Group, will be opening two new properties in the UK. The Queens Hotel Cheltenham and Castle Hotel Windsor will both open this September. The Queens Hotel, Cheltenham
MGallery celebrates the revival of a beautiful heritage property as Queens Hotel, Cheltenham becomes a stunning to the Collection’s UK establishments.

The hotel was originally completed in 1838 on the site of the Sherborne spa, after it was moved stone by stone, further down the Promenade. Named in honour of the sovereign, the hotel first opened on the 21st July 1838, the year of Queen Victoria’s coronation. It was later listed as a Grade II English Heritage building in acknowledgment of its opulent design and stunning details.

As is true of every stunning MGallery property, Queens Hotel has a strong and unique personality, truly reflected through carefully crafted décor and the loving and loyal restoration of timeless details. The hotel is truly a place filled with history.

    The Castle Hotel, Windsor
The Castle Hotel Windsor will also join the unique and remarkable collection of MGallery hotels. Blending a rich past with contemporary charm, this hotel truly makes a mark on history.

A signature hotel, its strong personality and fascinating history are subtly woven throughout the building and the footprints left by the guests over the centuries are palpable. A classic and elegant Georgian building is the main bearer of the hotel’s history, location, prestige and style through time; both charmingly weathered and discerningly refined whilst simpler yet stylish and authentic surroundings provide a reminder of its busy stables and post horses days.

There are 108 charming bedrooms at Castle Hotel, which include five exquisite suites, all featuring plush bedding, indulgent bathrooms and quirky design references to the hotel’s past.
