Hilton Worldwide has announced the opening of its newest hotel, the dual-branded Hilton Garden Inn Miami Dolphin Mall and Homewood Suites by Hilton Miami Dolphin Mall, bringing a total of 232 new rooms to the city. The opening further establishes Hilton’s strong presence in Miami and continues the company’s growth in dual-build properties.

“Our dual branded Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites hotels serve as a great addition to the thriving area of Miami and continue our expansion in major urban markets,” said John Greenleaf, global head, Hilton Garden Inn. “Each brand retains its signature amenities which provides guests a unique opportunity to customize their stay.”

Developed by Procacci Development and managed by Real Hospitality Group, Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites by Hilton Miami Dolphin Mall complement the city’s vibrant and growing tourism attractions. Situated adjacent to Miami Dolphin Mall, the properties offer guests a centralised location with convenient access to Miami International Mall, the Doral Golf Course and Everglades National Park. Additionally, downtown Miami, South Beach and Miami International Airport are a short drive away.

The dual-brand concept creates enhanced and larger communal areas benefiting both business and leisure travelers. The hotel has two distinct lobbies and dining areas that cater to the needs of their respective guests, while sharing a 1,100 square foot fitness centre, outdoor pool and putting green. All guest rooms offer 43-inch HDTV with 55 channels including complimentary music and movie viewing options. Evening room service is also provided to all guests.

The hotel also offers 5,500 square feet of conference space and versatile meeting rooms with state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment including the divisible Flamingo Ballroom which can seat up to 180 guests. The Sandpiper meeting room can accommodate cocktail receptions up to 225 guests and offers a 1,200 square feet private terrace which is ideal for evening receptions and breaks. For the business traveler, the Heron is a perfect setting for business presentations, meetings, small dinners and intimate social functions.
