Gallery Direct Holdings Ltd are pleased to announce the purchase of Dreamworks Beds, a successful UK mattress and upholstery manufacturer, in a strategic deal which will expand the skills and services available via Gallery Direct. Dreamworks Beds will continue to trade on a standalone basis as a sister company to Gallery Direct. Peter Delaney will be the Managing Director of both businesses going forward.

The two businesses have agreed an undisclosed sum, in a private sale which will see a strengthened product offer and growth, by developing this award winning British manufacturer of bedroom products further.
“It’s been an honour and a pleasure at Dreamworks Beds, although sometimes very tough, to have achieved all the things we have done as a team,” added Peter Ziemniak “and I will be leaving behind people I have known for many years. I am confident that with Gallery Direct at the helm, the future looks very positive and our colleagues and clients will be in very capable hands going forward.”
