As the conference season approaches, award-winning etc.venues is to open a fifteenth meeting and training facility at 8 Eastcheap, Monument, London. Forbes Group is delighted that etc.venues’ Central Operations and Projects Manager, Franck Rosello, who has designed the latest interiors, has specified its Buffet-Rite table tops and Silcra Stretch covers.Having tried the stretch covers over tables at other etc.venues, Rosello likes the way that, used on the registration tables, the sculpted finish of the covers makes a natural focus, drawing delegates to it for signing in. The sleek finish also intones with the group’s contemporary streamlined interiors, and modern, energetic vibe.

The Buffet-Rite top Rosello likes for buffet set-ups. Its wipe-clean surface means that you can keep the display looking neat throughout the service. It might be more expensive than banquet roll in initial layout, but for the long-term Rosello describes the Buffet-Rite as a ‘no-brainer ’.

Forbes is also delighted that Rosello has specified its conference cloth at many etc.venues. Over 250 drop covers have been supplied over the years, usually in black. “They add value both operationally and to the client experience,” observes Rosello. Besides muffling sound and giving a premium environment to delegates, the cloths’ colour hides marks and being made to the shape of the etc.venues tables (including bespoke half-moon shapes), they simply drop over the tables, so are quick to set-up, saving valuable staff time.

Then, when the drop covers need freshening up, they are machine-washable, time and time again. “Bullet-proof” is how Rosello describes them.

Forbes Group wishes etc.venues every success with etc.venues Monument. For further details on any of these products, please contact Forbes Group on 01568 616638 or send us an e-mail to info@forbesgroup.eu
