Cotswold House Hotel reveals new GM, £1m upgrade

    Cotswold House Hotel & Spa has revealed plans to invest £1 million in its facilities and decor this coming year, as a new general manager comes on board to head up the changes.
    The hotel, part of Hotel Designs Summit partners Bespoke Hotels, has welcomed Craig Webb to the role of general manager, who has worked in various roles within the Bespoke portfolio over the past decade, including GM of the Wood Norton and taking the helm of The Lambert Arms.

    Alongside this news, came details of Cotswolds House & Spa’s planned upgrade for the coming year, with a significant investment of £1 million set to benefit the facilities and decor throughout the hotel.

    Speaking on his appointment, Webb said: “I am delighted to be joining such a famed institution as Cotswold House. I have long held the Cotswolds region close to my heart and look forward to building on all the good work of the previous management and embracing the challenge of taking the property to the next level.”

    “The investment will be substantial and will focus primarily on the public areas of the hotel”, confirmed Graham Marskell, managing director for Bespoke Hotels. “We are excited at the prospect of unlocking the hotel’s vast potential, both through the new managerial appointment and the substantial investment set to take place during the coming year.”
