Portugal’s first hotel under Hilton Worldwide’s Conrad brand has recently opened in the Algarve’s Quinta do Lago resort. The property’s design was inspired by an 18th century Portuguese palace and has 154 rooms as well as five restaurants and bars.Brintons worked closely with Kate Long from Rethink Interiors to develop carpets for the public areas, including guest corridors, ballroom, business centre, Lago lounge and hand tufted rugs for the atrium area.

Incorporating Portuguese tile influences alongside carpet hand carving techniques, has resulted in fantastic statement flooring elements to both the Atrium space and the Conference Area. It was a pleasure working with Brintons on this project.”
