Designed by renowned architecture and interior design firm Dianna Wong, the hotel’s lakeside location provides opportunities for guests to soak up the California sun while enjoying a myriad of modern amenities and activities, such as going for a run on the well-manicured jogging trails around the three-acre property or enjoying a lazy day by the pool in one of the private cabanas. Avenue of the Arts Hotel Costa Mesa also offers a fully equipped fitness centre, including whirlpool and sauna facilities.

After their renovation, each of the 238 guest rooms featuring 35 suites at this 4-diamond hotel will feature hardwood floors, majestic granite bathrooms with organic toiletries and inspiring design that draws upon the best of both Art Nouveau and Art Deco movements.

The Avenue of the Arts Hotel Costa Mesa also boasts seven flexible meeting rooms totalling 6,800 square feet of space, including an Executive Boardroom that seats 15 people and a more than 3,400 square foot Grand Ballroom that can accommodate up to 250 banquet guests.

“We are so proud of the attention-grabbing attributes that make Avenue of the Arts special—from our prime location to the amenities and personalised services we offer our guests,” said Paul Sanford, Asset Manager for Wincome Management and Development.

“As a Tribute Portfolio hotel, we look forward to bringing our guests the independent spirit of an upscale hotel while providing the trusted brand power of Starwood Hotels and Resorts.”
