Boss Design is delighted to announce that it has experienced a successful start to the year with sales up by 35% in the first quarter. To achieve the company’s long-term goal Boss Design has in recent years significantly expanded its production capability, invested in new product development and increased its UK and global presence with an impressive 8,000 sq foot showroom in London and manufacturing capability which spans the globe. This has all been achieved despite global recession and economic uncertainty.To support his business strategy even further Brian Murray, Owner and Managing Director of Boss Design today announced the promotion of Andy Watson, Sales Director into the new role of International Sales Director and the promotion of Marc Le Peltier, Head of New Business Development to the position of UK Sales Director.

Upon making the announcement Brian Murray said;
‘Our success in recent years has been exceptional and has been achieved through the implementation of a series of planned milestones particularly in the UK.’

He continued;
‘To build on this success and ensure that we best service new and existing clients on a global scale we now need to implement the second phase of our growth plan. I am confident that the knowledge and experience going into these roles will keep us on track.’

Andy Watson, who has twenty-five years industry experience and has been with Boss Design for fifteen years, has played a key role in the company’s success. He now plans to build on the company’s global presence in the US and Middle East and expand its representation and manufacturing capability to facilitate new and emerging market opportunities.

In the meantime Marc Le Peltier who has over twenty years experience in the industry will be focusing on the UK sales operation with plans to implement an aggressive sales strategy that will see the further development of existing sectors and a targeted approach to expanding new home markets.
