MEET UP London 2025 will take place on 24th April 2025. Early Bird tickets are available at £20 +VAT until 26th February 2025.

Please note that ‘buyer’ tickets are reserved for Interior Designers, Architects, Hoteliers, Developers, Specifiers, Contractors and Operators. If you do not fall in to one of these fields, you will need to attend the event with a ‘supplier’ ticket (here) even if you do not supply products to the hospitality industry.

18:00: On arrival at the venue, Sway Bar London, you will be greeted by the team at Hotel Designs. They’ll show you to the cloakroom, check you in, and then direct you to where your industry friends and colleagues await – ready for some serious fun, merrymaking and all important networking. 

19:00: Sophie Harper, Hotel Designs‘ Editor will take to the mic with a warm welcome to all those in attendance – stand by, you might get a shout out…
