Designing wellness, Paragon Studio is taking hotel fitness out of the basement. Founded by Edward Thomas, the luxury wellness brand designs and manufactures premium gym-equipment and delivers bespoke fitness spaces for private homes, hospitality clients and superyachts.

Paragon Studio works with clients who expect gyms to meet the same design standards as the rest of their interiors. Every project begins with the space itself, combining architectural planning with purpose-built equipment engineered for long term use.

Designed in London and made in a small artisan workshop in the United Kingdom, the brand’s bespoke range is crafted with precision, using materials and finishes chosen for longevity.

Research for Paragon Studio’s latest collection, In-Suite, pointed to a guest that hotels have been slow to design for: the modern traveller who doesn’t want to use the gym, but still values exercise, movement and routine. This guest profile is more likely to enjoy practicing mindful movement, such as yoga, Pilates and light mobility.

The range, targeting luxury hotels who invest consciously in wellness, combines three elements: the kit, the content and the service. Each is designed to work with the others, so the room adapts to the guest’s habits and not the other way round. For hotels, it offers a wellness proposition that sits inside the suite itself, without the need for additional square footage elsewhere on the property.

Making its debut at HIX Europe 2026, In-Suite will officially launch as the global wellness economy reaches a record $6.8 trillion, with wellness tourism alone valued at $894 billion, according to the Global Wellness Institute.

In-Suite is now being specified in luxury hotels globally. Early usage data indicates the strongest demand from women aged over 40, with yoga, Pilates and mobility among the most popular workouts. Usage peaked between 6am and 10am, with more than half of guests completing multiple workouts within a single session.

Paragon Studio will launch with three core options: the Movement Kit, the Recovery Kit and the Lite Kit. The Movement Kit includes hand-weights, a kettlebell, resistance bands and a cork yoga mat and block, all housed within a bespoke insert, while the Recovery Kit includes a massage gun, massage ball, red LED light therapy panel and a roller. Additionally, a Lite Kit, featuring a pared-back selection of equipment and select content library, is available to hotel operators seeking a comprehensive wellness offering across all room categories.

Paragon Studio’s product range is on show at the Battersea showroom and in Vuori’s stores on Regent Street, King’s Road and at Harrods.
