The company has amassed more than 25 years of knowledge and understanding, so as well as having the latest skills, techniques and finest trades people, we have learned to hide it all so you experience as little disruption to your establishment as possible.

From a simple sparkle to a bar or restaurant, a tactical refurbishment of kitchen or back of house areas to a large scale turnkey design and build of a complete hotel, our team has the knowledge and experience to help our clients make the best use of spaces and cost to deliver stimulating environments without compromising on quality.

Communication is key, the company understand that we are guests in your establishment, our site delivery teamwork alongside your operations team to plan well in advance the works with the absolute minimum of disturbance to your guests. The team can’t guarantee to be in and out before dinner is served, but we can guarantee your diners won’t be eating sawdust and breathing anything other than the aroma of fine cuisine.

The company is able to show a vast portfolio of projects from minor sparkles to highly complicated full turnkey refurbishments. Involving Global sourcing and co-ordinating of FF&E.

Interefurb has teams of experienced tradespeople from joiners and decorators through to specialist building control systems technicians and with the added benefit of our own joinery workshop we can take greater control of a critical element of the supply chain.

Whether working to a client’s own design and specification or introducing proven design and architecture experts, the company understands that every project is different and has its own requirements. For your peace of mind, the company is CHAS health and safety accredited and hold a £10million Public liability insurance policy.

So what makes us different? The company’s directors are also involved in hotel developments so not only do we understand the technical aspects of carrying out refurbishment work we understand where to make the best return on investment. We are not sales people that sell the dream that may not suit the operator  or their hotel, rather we work with our clients to understand what they want to achieve from a  project; we will then offer advice and guidance to find the right construction solution for their needs. An initial meeting and consultation is always free.

Fun fact: People tell Sienna she gives off Bridget Jones vibes, and she loves to bake, always making sure there are shortbreads floating around the office

Work highlights: Sienna joined Forum Events & Media Group while studying Communications and Media, starting in the sales team where she managed and helped launch the first the PA Life Leading Venues of London SHOWCASE, where she built relationships with luxury venues across the capital. Drawn to the stories behind these spaces, she naturally transitioned into the editorial team, creating social media and editorial content. Upon graduating in June 2026, she is excited to be joining as Assistant Editor for Hotel Designs and SPACE.

Fun fact: When not working, Jess can usually be found tending to her kitchen garden in the Sussex countryside or foraging for herbs in the nearby woods. A keen grower, she recently studied a RHS Level 2 Diploma in the Principles of Horticulture during her spare time.

Work highlights: Jess joined SPACE magazine in 2022 and has since progressed from Assistant Editor to Editor. During this time, she has worked across many aspects of the publication – from shaping editorial strategy and overseeing operations to contributing to art direction and representing the brand on stage at industry events including Surface Design Show and WOW!house.

Alongside her role at SPACE, Jess has built a creative career spanning the arts, culture, design and travel sectors. Prior to joining the magazine, she spent more than a decade in the commercial art industry, in artist liaison, gallery management, and curating collections for the hospitality sector across hotels and cruise ships. During this time, she also worked on freelance projects as a writer, photographer, and creative content producer.

Jess studied photojournalism at London College of Communication and the Danish School of Media and Journalism and holds a first-class BA (Hons) in Culture, Criticism and Curation from Central Saint Martins.
