A little bit about Elegant Clutter

Elegant Clutter combine art consultancy with in-house design and production to offer a slightly different take on traditional art consultancy. This innovative approach helps us deliver one of the most complete artwork services in hospitality.

The company started as a family business of two and has now grown to 60 permanent employees from model makers to fine artists. The studio is based in Warwick with good access to mainland Europe and London. Over recent years we have grown in the hospitality sector. It seems that our hybrid model of art consultant, artist and art supplier has put us in the perfect position to offer the one-stop-shop artwork service that many clients are looking for. Elegant Clutter is large enough yet flexible enough to suit all budgets and briefs. Elegant Clutter prides itself in finding a way to work with our clients that suits them the best.

A team effort

We start our artwork schemes with narratives that grow into concepts and then final designs. We work hard to not be limited by media, scale or installation method. Our unbridled imagination is accompanied by strong technical experience and a dedication to the highest quality. This formula enables Elegant Clutter to confidently take on all projects from volume framed art for cruise ship cabins through to vast suspended sculptures in hotel lobbies.

At Elegant Clutter the whole team works together to find creative and captivating ways to present artwork. The guest experience is always kept firmly in mind. We want to help create memorable spaces that will start conversations and our pool of artists and artisans help us achieve that. Each project is led by a dedicated Project Manager or Art Consultant who draws on the services of the wider team. This team aims to become an extension to our client’s own team. We provide the resource to tackle the detail of an artwork scheme that clients tell us they rarely have the time for themselves.

We love what we do.

Our in-house facilities and skills are extensive and include a digital & 3D product design studio, gallery quality picture framing, fine art, mural painting, photographic studio, wallcovering and flatbed printing, metal workshop, cabinetry, CNC cutting and specialist finishes. As visitors walk though Elegant Clutters building they tell us they are immediately reminded of the smell of their old school art department.

We find every project requires a unique approach and we have no ‘house style’ to restrain us. Our in-house capabilities can be combined with fine art by a variety of other artists that our art consultants research, commission and curate. Our thorough process often leads to originality that can only come from a truly collaborative effort. We guide our clients through the various stages of bespoke projects, balancing strong art leadership and advice whilst always being sensitive to interior design, branding and ambience. Bringing it all together is the really fun bit!

Elegant Clutter have been fortunate enough to work on bespoke artwork schemes for some of the largest global hotel groups in the world including Hilton, Radisson, Marriott, Accor and Intercontinental. Some of our favourite projects include The Chiltern Firehouse, The Grosvenor, Great Scotland Yard and The Savoy in London and Hilton Berlin, 25 Hours Hotel Düsseldorf and Fritz Felix Restaurant at Brenner’s Park Hotel in Baden Baden. We learn something new on every project and have loved working on them all.

What lies ahead?

Elegant Clutter celebrates its 30th anniversary in 2020 and looks to the future with a boundless passion for art and a dedication to working in true partnership with our clients. However, 2020 has thrown up some significant challenges that none of us could have been prepared for.

The question is how well we can respond to this. In our opinion we need to work even more closely with our clients to be agile, creative and driven in whatever measure to craft and finish projects that achieve their vision. Elegant Clutter’s commitment is to be here for our clients over the coming months so that we can act quickly as soon as the world returns to its new version of normal.

Workhighlights: Successfully coordinating events from planning through to delivery and seeing everything come together on the day.

Fun fact: I’m a keen cyclist and will happily bore people with copious amounts of cycling chat. My top cycling experience (so far) would have to be riding in the spectacular mountains of Crete.

Fun fact: People tell Sienna she gives off Bridget Jones vibes, and she loves to bake, always making sure there are shortbreads floating around the office

Work highlights: Sienna joined Forum Events & Media Group while studying Communications and Media, starting in the sales team where she managed and helped launch the first the PA Life Leading Venues of London SHOWCASE, where she built relationships with luxury venues across the capital. Drawn to the stories behind these spaces, she naturally transitioned into the editorial team, creating social media and editorial content. Upon graduating in June 2026, she is excited to be joining as Assistant Editor for Hotel Designs and SPACE.

Fun fact: When not working, Jess can usually be found tending to her kitchen garden in the Sussex countryside or foraging for herbs in the nearby woods. A keen grower, she recently studied a RHS Level 2 Diploma in the Principles of Horticulture during her spare time.

Work highlights: Jess joined SPACE magazine in 2022 and has since progressed from Assistant Editor to Editor. During this time, she has worked across many aspects of the publication – from shaping editorial strategy and overseeing operations to contributing to art direction and representing the brand on stage at industry events including Surface Design Show and WOW!house.

Alongside her role at SPACE, Jess has built a creative career spanning the arts, culture, design and travel sectors. Prior to joining the magazine, she spent more than a decade in the commercial art industry, in artist liaison, gallery management, and curating collections for the hospitality sector across hotels and cruise ships. During this time, she also worked on freelance projects as a writer, photographer, and creative content producer.

Jess studied photojournalism at London College of Communication and the Danish School of Media and Journalism and holds a first-class BA (Hons) in Culture, Criticism and Curation from Central Saint Martins.
