DOMINGO SALOTTI is an Italian manufacturer of soft seating for both residential and commercial spaces.

The company was created in 1973 when the three founders, craftsmen themselves (carpenters and upholsterers), decided to create their own line of high-quality sofas and armchairs for the home market. It took less than three years for their products to be distributed throughout Italy and for their brand to become synonymous for quality sofas.

The company’s success earned in the field of the home furniture market lead the way for DOMINGO to enter the international market in the 80s and to branch into contract in the 90s.

DOMINGO’s Head Office is located a few miles from the Adriatic coast, a busy seaside touristic resort with a lively night life. With the diffusion of the first fire retardant materials and thanks to the craftmanship of their workers, DOMINGO  establishes itself as the ideal partner for designers and specifiers who work on hotel and night club projects. The craftmanship, know-how and artisan touch is particular appreciated in those projects where daring designs need to be translated into upholstered balanced form.

In 1998 the DOMINGO launched into a new adventure, creating a new design brand, ADRENALINA.  The aim of this new adventure is to innovate forms, volumes and concepts of upholstered furniture. ADRENALINA wants to “break the mould” and produce iconic statement pieces.

ADRENALINA innovative collections are presented at SALONE del MOBILE in Milan every year since 1999, in the design pavilion. Last year ADRENALINA celebrated its 20th birthday.

Walking around the factory (and the sample room) in DOMINGO SALOTTI, the first thing that everybody notices is the variety of the products. Every day our carpenters, tailors and upholsterer go from creating an Avant guard chairs to a brocade classic couch, sofa beds to be to be placed on cruise ships…… to a twenty metres banquette to be fit in a Paris bistro.

When ordering DOMINGO products fabrics, sizes and finishing can all be modified to  fit with the customers designs. As every product is hand made in house DOMINGO is equipped not only to make alterations on our standard products but we can create bespoke pieces and tailor made solutions starting from as little as a sketch.

Our foams are designed for intense usage. Whilst all ADRENALINA styles are already certified Fire Retardant according to the major national and international standards, our DOMINGO office team can study the best ad hoc solutions to comply with any other required FR standards from across the world.

DOMINGO is the equivalent of an industrial atelier, where the level of craftmanship is what you can only get from a legacy of three generations of artisans.

With 47 years of history, two brands on the market (Domingo & ADRENALINA), and a presence in 35 Countries DOMINGO is looking forward to assisting you.
