International management and construction consultancy, Gleeds, has recently begun work as cost planners for the latest luxury Ritz Carlton hotel in the Yerwada district of Pune, India, after appointment by local real estate developers. The value of the project is confidential.Due for completion in 2016, the 44,284m2 venue will provide accommodation for business and leisure guests in established five star surroundings for both an international and domestic based market. It will follow on from the launch of a new Ritz Carlton hotel in Bangalore which is due to be opened later this year.
Gleeds will act as cost planners for the project utilising their experience of working on luxury segment hotel projects in the past. Furthermore, it will also be Gleeds’ second venture into the Pune hospitality sector, where they are also working as Cost Management Consultants for the new Hilton Conrad. This hotel also aims to offer luxury accommodation in a city currently experiencing great economic expansion.
