This September, Langham Place, Mongkok, Hong Kong unveils its new, effortlessly stylish dining rooms at its two-Michelin star jewel, Ming Court.Alongside its design evolution, Ming Court’s mastermind, Executive Chef – Tsang Chiu King, reveals his new menu to complement the fresh aesthetic of his restaurant. In keeping with his vision of innovative Cantonese, his menu introduces both tradition and influences into his dishes, perfectly incorporating them into Ming Court’s reputable Cantonese menu to delight regular clients and welcome new diners.
Highlights of Chef Tsang’s new culinary creations include the luxurious Gold On Gold with Gold Caviar, Golden Sea Urchin, Lobster and Silky Egg White, presenting an unexpected, elegant blend of European caviar and multiple flavours from the sea. The bold, Boxed Australian Wagyu Beef with Black Truffle harmoniously combines black truffle with Wagyu, marrying Chef Tsang’s mastery of ingredients with his technique for creativity and delicateness.
Reappearing on the menu is all-time sensational favourite in Chef Tsang’s repertoire, Chilled Silk Bean Curd, Black Truffle and Gold Leaf. This culinary showstopper reflects the essence of modern Cantonese with Chef Tsang’s artistic touch in plating, designed to inspire each and every sense.
