Contract furnishing supplier Hotel Solutions will showcase the best in bespoke design at a major international hotel design exhibition in November.

It is the first time that North East-based Hotel Solutions, which offers a turnkey service to hotels throughout the UK, has exhibited at the annual Sleep Event; widely regarded as Europe’s premier showcase for international design. The Sleep Event is held on November 24 and 25 at the Business Design Centre in London and is staged alongside the Sleep Event Conference and the prestigious European Hotel Design Awards.

“The UK hotel design market remains buoyant and we are as busy as we have ever been,” said Hotel Solutions managing director Paul Satow. “We will join more than 500 renowned exhibitors at the event, which attracts hotel owners and operators, investors, developers and designers, architects and consultants.”

The Hotel Solutions stand at the event will showcase bespoke design, including a carpet especially designed and made for the occasion by one of the firm’s suppliers, Ulster Carpets.
Display beds are also being specially made for the event, and the stand will also showcase a special sliding bedside console system, which is largely unknown in the UK.

Seating, a desk and mini-bar cupboard will also be displayed alongside multi-textured soft furnishings in shades of winter berries and charcoal, plus a contemporary faux leather headboard in bright white.

Hotel Solutions has just completed a major refurbishment programme at The Stanwell Hotel near Heathrow, plus a contract to create the bedrooms for the landmark new Lodge in the Vale hotel at the heart of the Lake District.

The company has designed and furnished rooms in the past for, among others, Close House Hotel near Newcastle, the Fox Country House Hotel, High Wycombe, and Best Western Hotels throughout the UK.

“Our work during 2010 has taken us throughout the country, completing a series of important contracts which have contributed to the growth of Hotel Solutions this year,” said Satow. “Our clients appreciate the fact that we take them from the earliest design stage to project completion, providing everything from the first computer-aided designs to bespoke furniture manufacture and installation, plus every accessory. This means they have the confidence and convenience of working with just one supplier and project manager.”
