More hotel rooms will be added to Hall Farm Hotel following a successful expansion bid, which has been approved by the council, in order to meet guest demand.
Local councillors approved plans to turn barn buildings into nine new double, twin and family rooms at Hall Farm in Ashby-cum-Fenby, Lincolnshire – which has been called a ‘credit to the borough’ by local Conservative Iain Colquhoun.
“We have been trading for 22 years and we are responding to customer demand,” he said. “We are very busy; we have guests who want to stay and cannot because we don’t have enough bedrooms. I cannot see anything negative,” he added.
