Anna Fedou: Chief Commercial Officer
Anna Fedou joined the Beaumier team in June 2024 as Head of Brand and Marketing. As part of her new role she will oversee the group’s entire commercial strategy, including brand, marketing, sales, distribution, revenue management and guest experience working closely with the operational teams to strengthen the positioning and commercial performance of Beaumier’s hotels.

Fedou’s career spans hospitality, real estate, luxury brands and strategic consulting. After completing an MBA at ESSEC Business School, she joined Les Sources de Caudalie as Commercial & Marketing Director before founding Bohème Consulting, a consultancy specialising in hotel repositioning. Fedou’s career has also included work with leading names such as Moët Hennessy and Sotheby’s.

Diederik Visser: Chief Digital Officer
Diederik Visser joined the Beaumier team in July 2025 and has been placed in charge of the group’s digital strategy, helping to drive digital transformation. In this role, he will lead the group’s digital strategy, overseeing the continued evolution of its technology ecosystem to enhance the guest journey, optimise operational efficiency and support datadriven decision-making across the business. He will also spearhead the adoption of automation and artificial
intelligence to streamline processes, strengthen commercial performance and equip Beaumier’s teams with innovative digital tools.

A graduate of NHL Hogeschool in Hospitality Administration & Management, Visser brings nearly 30 years of experience in hotel information systems. His career includes 14 years at Hilton, followed by leadership roles at Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group (now Radisson Hotel Group), Mangalis Hotel Group, and Zien Group, where he served as Director of IT for a portfolio of 12 hotels operating under the Eden Hotels brand. More recently, he has focused on developing
technology solutions for the hospitality industry, with a particular emphasis on process automation and artificial intelligence.
