Nírema Hotel & Spa Samos

Nírema Hotel & Spa Samos – MGallery Collection is a design-led seaside retreat framed by the Aegean Sea and the Ampelos mountains. Its name derives from the Samian word for ‘dream’, a quiet nod to the property’s calm and restorative character and to an island shaped by vineyards, maritime trade and centuries of storytelling.
The hotel features 72 rooms with panoramic views across Vathy Bay and the surrounding hills. Eight suites include private pools and expansive terraces, while a beachfront area reserved for hotel guests creates a seamless connection between the property and the sea.

The year-round retreat programming is designed to align with the natural rhythms of the earth, following five distinct seasons: Summer, Autumn, Winter, Spring, and Springrise. Neither winter nor spring, Springrise is a hidden hinge in the year. The retreat at this time is gentle but transformative, designed for transition, recalibration and welcoming what’s next.

Oyster Estate

Blue Flag Capital, in partnership with in-house management company Collared Martin Hospitality, has announced the opening of Oyster Estate, a reimagined 34-key boutique hotel in the heart of Greenport Village. Oyster Estate is situated in the heart of Greenport Village, just steps from its working waterfront and a short drive to some of the North Fork’s best vineyards and farmland. Designed by Blue Flag in collaboration with Islyn Studio, Oyster Estate draws inspiration from the historic bay houses found along the Long Island coast and the surrounding landscape.
Interiors are intentionally layered and material-driven, with wood used throughout as framing, furniture, enclosure, and built-ins that anchor the spaces and create a sense of permanence. The colour palette is drawn from the nearby shoreline, with clay tones, weathered greens, and salt-softened stone, while flowers gathered throughout Greenport are dried and pressed into lobby tiles. A hay plaster ceiling recalls the surrounding salt marshes, and ceramics sourced from a local maker further integrate the community and landscape into the design.
Nobu Madrid

Located in the heart of Madrid’s Las Cortes district, Nobu Hotel Madrid is now open, bringing Nobu’s signature pillars of exceptional dining, thoughtful design and heartfelt service to the Spanish capital for the first time. Set between Plaza de Cibeles and Puerta del Sol, the 50-room Nobu Madrid arrives as the city continues to cement its position as one of Europe’s most exciting cultural and luxury destinations.
Designed by internationally renowned architecture and design studio, GRONDA, the restaurant translates Nobu’s Japanese heritage through a warm, contemporary lens, with bronze-toned ceilings, dark stone flooring, timber panelling and floor-to-ceiling windows connecting the space to the streets of Madrid. On the lower ground floor, the hotel’s intimate cocktail bar draws inspiration from the hotel’s former life as a bank, retaining original features including thick vault walls and safety deposit boxes. Centred around a high-fidelity vinyl DJ system, the bar pairs martini-style cocktails with twists on local classic dishes. Crowning the hotel’s seventh floor, The Rooftop offers panoramic views of Madrid and an effortlessly stylish setting for sunset. Aperitivo-style cocktails accompany a relaxed, shareable menu.

Barceló Hotel Group announces the opening of the city of Murcia’s first five-star hotel: Palacio San Juan, a Royal Hideaway Hotel.
