Market-leading contract lighting specialists Chelsom have opened in the Far East, trading as ‘Chelsom Hong Kong Ltd’. The exciting move has been prompted by sustained overseas sales growth with exports to 70 countries now representing 35% of the company’s turnover. The base will initially be an administrative one, but will expand to include a sales operation in the near future.

A large part of Chelsom’s more specific product range continues to be manufactured in-house with UK or European componentry. Such items will be shipped from the company’s Head Office in Blackpool.
