The Birdcage has long set the standard in aesthetics and functionality. It recently starred with Celine Dion in an advertisement for Caesars Palace, Las Vegas, transporting everything from a piano to a tiger. Recent Forbes Group customers in the UK including Harrods, the Millennium Mayfair, ME London (Aldwych), 45 Park Lane (Dorchester Collection) and the Mandarin Oriental confirm the Birdcage’s upfront, uptown standing.
But Forbes isn’t so burdened by its image that it’s averse to an update. The Ham Yard boutique hotel (Piccadilly) with a strong urban village vibe, sought a luggage cart consistent with its Soho style. Forbes Group was delighted to supply an alternative cart (Model 2505) in angular square tubular stainless steel and chrome, with cushion grey wheels and a black bumper and carpet. Less Downton, more Downtown.
