The original Victorian school house has been transformed into a chic townhouse hotel with unique, individually designed bedrooms and suites alongside stylish lounges and Oyster Bar. As part of the original programme and working directly with the client, Dawnvale carried out works to the Ground floor Bar Lounge and Oyster Bar. The decorative joinery and steel fabrication, including bespoke polished steel bar tops and complete back bar were manufactured and fully installed by our contracts division completing the understated vintage chic styling.
With the success of the Hotel, Dawnvale were delighted to be further appointed working with GJS on the refurbishment of the Roof Top Lounge and Roof Garden. This most diverse area of the hotel is unique and luxurious in its styling with both areas having their own bars; the Lounge and Roof have been fully refurbished with bespoke fabrication and finishes to transform the roof top space.
