Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc.® is pleased to announce the early 2011 opening of The St. Regis Bangkok. This development by Minor International PLC marks the first St. Regis hotel in Thailand and the Indochina region. Located on the prestigious Rajadamri Road in the heart of the city, The St. Regis Bangkok is located in the city’s key commercial corridor, worldwide corporate offices, magnificent high-end shopping and Lumpini Park, with BTS skytrain connection link to the station. Occupying levels 12-24 of a 47-story building that includes 176 guest rooms, 51 suites, and 53 residences, The St. Regis Bangkok combines timeless elegance with the cosmopolitan energy of a modern metropolis. The hotel will also be the first hotel in Bangkok to introduce the signature St. Regis butler service to all guests who stay in the hotel, as well as the first Elemis Spa in Thailand.

Guests at the hotel will experience the true art of hospitality – from unique gourmand adventures, savoring the very best vintages from the wine cellar, personalized indulgences at the exclusive Elemis Spa – the first in Thailand – to the well-appointed exercise room, inviting outdoor swimming pool and contemporary poolside café. The St. Regis Bangkok also offers a state-of-the art business center, premier meeting technology, superbly appointed function venues and bespoke butler event services that ensure every event is flawless and memorable.

Exquisitely styled and lavishly appointed, the accommodations re-define luxury in Bangkok. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer unobstructed views of the city skyline and the greenery of the local parks and golf course. The luxury of space in the guest rooms ranges from 44 square metres to 300 square metres for the signature suites, which are ideal for extended stays and feature an appointed pantry. During their stay, guests will enjoy discreet attention from the St. Regis Butlers, whose senior management trained at the original St. Regis property – The St. Regis New York, who will flawlessly attend to every request twenty-four hours a day.

A world of epicurean experiences awaits guests of The St. Regis Bangkok, where they may choose to indulge in a variety of international and local cuisines while enjoying panoramic views of the surrounding city. At Viu, located on the 12th floor next to the Sky Lounge, guests are enticed to sit down for a dining experience that includes spectacular views over the Royal Bangkok Sports Club and Bangkok skyline. JoJo offers diners a taste of authentic Italian cuisine in elegant contemporary surroundings. Decanter is the perfect place for wine enthusiasts and connoisseurs; featuring an extensive wine cellar from the world’s most celebrated vineyards with private rooms for exclusive tastings and wine dinners, guests will savor every sip. The Drawing Room is a rare haven of refined luxury in which guests are welcome to enjoy the enduring tradition of Afternoon Tea. Guests and patrons will delight at The St. Regis Bar, where they can enjoy The Champagne Menu and The Bloody Mary Menu, featuring the ‘Siam Mary,’ Bangkok’s own take on the original cocktail created at The King Cole Bar at The St. Regis New York. Finally, a rare treat awaits guests at the hotel’s Infinity pool bar – the oasis of serenity where guests can savor delectable cuisine and refreshment in an alfresco setting, while taking in panoramic views of the city.

Designed by leading New York-based Brennan Beer Gorman Architects, The St. Regis Bangkok is destined to become one of the city skyline’s defining silhouettes. Brennan Beer Gorman Monk Interiors design for The St. Regis Bangkok translates a century of glamour into cutting-edge elegance.
