Esquared have developed their experience in early occupancy of buildings working with owners and operators to design out issues early on to allow buildings to be occupied to generate revenue as early as possible. To achieve this Esquared take an active involvement in life safety systems, testing and commissioning processes, including cause and effect and black building tests.
