Sanderson are pleased to announce the launch of the new Sojourn collections at this year’s Focus 2015. Prolong the uplifting feeling of summer with this new collection of designs which evokes the spirit of bohemia and escape brought about by adventurous travel.Exhibiting at the Sanderson showroom on the 20th and 21st September, guests are invited to view five new stunning collections, including: Sojourn Fabrics, Sojourn Weaves, Sojourn Wallpapers, Boho Velvets and Byron Wool Plains.
Inspired by a love of global textile patterns and the treasured objects we bring back from far flung places, the collection creates a fresh approach to decorating, where graphic elements are juxtaposed with softer more organic forms and tribal patterns. It is a feast of fabrics, including prints and embroideries, kilims and suzanis, Paisley crewel-work, velvets and wools all complemented by sophisticated wallpapers.
The dynamic colour palette ranges from vibrant magenta to rich russets, teal and indigo through earth tones and neutrals to linden and silver. The result is a bold and vibrant collection that picks up on the trend for mixing pattern, texture and colour.
Focus 2015 is held between the 20th and 24th September 2015 at Chelsea Harbour Design Centre, London.
