Continent Hotels Worldwide has signed a management agreement with the investment company Pacific Management Service, a Russian closed joined company, to open and manage the first Continent Resort in Olginka village-Black Sea Coast, Russia.Scheduled to open in April, the Continent Paradise Resort-Olginka will be Continent Worldwide’s second hotel in Russia and the country’s first completed resort hotel project.
The signing of the Continent Paradise Resort-Olginka, follows the opening of the Continent Sakhalin Resort in Sakhalin Island in August 2009.
Continent Paradise Resort-Olginka is a middle-scale category full service resort hotel and is expected to offer 62 bedrooms, an open air terrace Restaurant for up to 110 people, an indoor swimming pool, sauna, mini bar service and room service.
The newly built hotel will be located approximately 500m from the beach and sea.
