    Title Sales Administration Assistant
    Description Duties to include but not limited to:
    – Answering telephone calls, providing trade prices and product information
    – Monitor a busy email inbox and reply to all enquiries in a timely fashion
    – Generate quotations for contract requests: – Hotels, Restaurants, Retail, Commercial projects
    – Communicating with Head Office to ensure quotes are processed into orders
    – Contact suppliers to check stock, lead times or place reservations
    – Direct quotes and commission tracking of overseas business
    – Update a number of Excel spreadsheets that relate to quotes and commission
    – Keep email records of current projects and the information that relates to them
    – Occasionally generate and publish sales reports using Excel Jet and Pivot tables
    – Recording of Petty Cash and expenses for Sales Office
    – Support the outside Sales Team when they receive client requests
    – Co-ordinate supplier visits and Rep’s appointment schedules
    – Maintaining iPads with pricelists, new images and adding any required apps
    – Updating and maintaining all related documents for sample requests
    – Ordering office supplies, also sending and receiving packages
    – Minute taking and composing of business documents
    – Building and maintaining strong client relations with purchasers
    – Troubleshooting technical issues by liaising with IT support and the Operations Manager
    – Other duties and responsibilities as and when requiredSkills required:
    – Ideally 1-2 years admin experience in an office support role
    – Working knowledge of Microsoft suite (particularly Excel)
    – Experience using Microsoft Navision or similar accounting package would be advantageousTerm of Employment: Part time or Full time. Normal working hours 9.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday
